Join us for Regulation Station!

Regulation Station is a class built just for parents, led by our skilled occupational therapists. Each session gives you practical, hands-on education about the sensory tools and strategies that help children feel calm, focused, and regulated, so you can carry those techniques home with confidence.

This round focuses on proprioception, the sense that tells us where our bodies are in space and plays a powerful role in helping kids feel grounded and in control. Through holistic, multi-sensory instruction, you will learn how proprioceptive input works and how to use it to support your child's daily routines.
