Sensory-Friendly Exploration of New Textures, Tastes, & Healthy Choices
Playful Plates is a sensory-friendly class designed for children of all ages to explore new foods in a safe, supportive environment. Led by skilled Occupational Therapists, this interactive session helps kids feel more comfortable with different textures, tastes, and healthy eating choices through hands-on, play-based activities.
What to Expect:
Guided exploration of new foods
Sensory-safe exposure to textures and tastes
Healthy eating habits through play
OT-led instruction tailored to individual comfort levels
